Is this legal?: Yes. Bezebee acts as your sales agent: we collect payments from your clients and transfer the proceeds to you in Russia. The terms are set out in the public offer published on this site.
How does the money reach Russia?: Your client pays by card in RUB, USD or EUR. The proceeds land on your balance in the dashboard, and you withdraw them to the account of your sole trader, company or self-employed status at a Russian bank.
What documents will I have for the tax office?: Your income is backed by the public offer under which we act as your agent, and by the payouts to your business account. We send documents for specific payouts on request — just write to info@bezebee.com.
When do payouts arrive?: Sales proceeds accumulate on your balance in the dashboard. You request a withdrawal, we verify the bank details and transfer the amount. The minimum request is 10,000 RUB (for USD and EUR — the equivalent at the current rate).
What happens with refunds?: Refunds are arranged through support, and the money goes back to the buyer's card. The terms and timelines are described in the refund policy on this site.
Do I need a registered business?: Yes — payouts require a valid legal status: sole trader, company or self-employed. Account review takes up to 24 hours.
